• Loanvilla offers its visitors access to mortgage rates from 142+ lenders across Canada. We provide information organization and aggregation about mortgages or other financial products or services including approval criteria and interest rates related thereto (collectively, the “Third-Party Services”). We do not create any of the information about Third-Party Services you see on the Site, and instead this information is provided to us by third parties (financial institutions like banks, credit unions or other lenders). At times, this information provided by a third party may be inaccurate or incomplete due to no fault of ours. When this happens, your ability to use the Services may be compromised through no fault of ours, and we cannot accept any responsibility for any problems or damages which might occur in relation with such Third-Party Services.
• The Site is not a substitute for actual legal, investment or professional advice from a licensed competent individual in their field of expertise. You agree to use Loanvilla fully understanding that it is not providing or promising to provide legal or other professional services or advice. Your use of the Site is subject to the additional disclaimers and caveats that may appear throughout the Site.
• We offer personalized mortgage recommendations to our Site visitors by offering them digital tools that can help assess their needs and suggest appropriate mortgage products. Our advice is based on information provided by Site visitors, third-party tools, data feeds, open source and other partner data. We are not a lender, instead as a mortgage aggregator, we, our employees, our partners or their representatives, provide you with recommendations about the right mortgage for your situation and facilitate the obtaining of the same through a lender.
• If you decide to conclude or obtain a Service through the Site, which results in a mortgage, transaction or financial product; you understand that it is not governed by these Terms and will be the subject of a separate contract with either Loanvilla or FC Dominion Lending Centres (brokerage supporting Loanvilla) or the Financial Institution or lender providing the product, transaction or mortgage. Similarly, these Terms do not govern any Third-Party Services, which are the subject to separate contracts with the concerned third-party financial institution and may also be the subject of an additional contract with you

4. No "Unlawful or Prohibited Use":

As a condition of your use of this Site, you warrant that you will not use Loanvilla for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. If you violate any of these terms, your permission to use the Site automatically terminates.The unlawful or prohibited use can be any one of the following but not limited to it

• Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances when using the service, software, or platform.
• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

There is no liability for loss caused by virus, or technologically harmful material that may infect your computer, programs or data due to use of our website or to any website linked to our website. You agree to defend, indemnify, release and discharge, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Loanvilla. and its parent company MN Mortgages Services Inc, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants, and shareholders, and any other person or entity that directly or indirectly controls, or is directly or indirectly controlled by, Loanvilla, and each of their respective successors, assigns, heirs and legal representatives as well as any third party providers of Site Content (“Third Parties”, and with Loanvilla Parties, collectively, the “Site-Related Parties”), harmless from any responsibility, liability, claim, demand, action, cause of action, or damage (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, known or unknown, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and claims of negligence, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use or misuse of the Services, the Site Content or the Site.
